Hi Guys,

July's currently en route to subscribers and is due on U.S. newsstands the first week of June.

Any chance we could get that flipped?

Subscribers shipped a week, or more, before the LHS/book stores get theirs?
Most members in the Local Club buy off the rack at the LHS and all have their copies in hand before I get mine. I realize once out of the hands of Kalmbach it is up to the USPS but it is a bit frustrating to be the last to see my copy and sometimes pre torn for my enjoyment.

According to our production schedule, subscriber issues are shipped before the newsstand issues. Of course, we can't control the vagaries of the U.S. postal system. Depending upon where you live, you may or may not get your issue before the newsstand.

Our customer service department is, quite frankly, awesome about replacing damaged issues. Just contact them at 800-533-6644 or e-mail CustomerService@Kalmbach.com.

I live less than 17 miles from my LHS.Big Smile [:D]

I know of the customer service, though I wonder if I call and ask for a replacement for July if it would arrive before the original?

Might be an experiment worth trying.

They're not going to send you a replacement when there's nothing to replace. They will send you one if the issue's damaged on arrival.

I was joking Kelly.

The problem, as I stated before is the USPS, but they don't have a forum, nor do they accept feedback and good natured ribbing.
(that was the intention anyway),no harm done?
