Yep, using the "back" button works fine. Another thing you can do is right click the thread title on the forum menu and "open in a new window", leaving the forum page exactly where it is.

On the other hand, if you reply to an older thread, being the newest post/reply, it will be "bumped" to the head of the forum menu.

 There, I started a new terminology. Really , I can,t seem tounderstand WHY when you see a post and then leave it you have to go all the way back to the beginning of the forum! I would much rather back out of a post and still be on the same page where I found it. I spend more time going from where I was to the beginning and all the way back again. Can,t you fix it so ,if, Say I answer a post ,that when I,m finished I,m still on  the page where the post I replied to is?    tankerbuilder
