where are the PMs?
Posted by armornut on Saturday, December 12, 2009 3:25 PM

i did not take the time to read all forty pages to see if this question has already been raised but imho that the PMs were a great way for modlers and friends to communicate in as private of setting as allowed buy the MODs.i for one found them helpful for stuff from personal issues to one on one tutorials, our modeling community here takes care of one another and the PMs offered a way for us to converse without being on the "public" forums.maybe i haven't found that icon yet or perhaps you(FSM) removed it for reasons unknowen but i for one would like to see it come back.as for your new website layout it will take some getting used to but i have not seemed to have lost any of my abilities(except the PMs)that i could do before.guess i'll have to learn it like the other site.thank you or your time and keep the great hobby going.

Thats part of the "new improved" harder to navigate site here. Now they are called "your conversations". And can include more than two parties. Click on the intended recipients screenname, when their window pops open, click on "start a converstaion". Isnt that so much easier than clicking on "send a PM" icon at the bottom of any given post by that person? Wink
