I'm not sure if it's a glitch in email sorting or just company protocol, but I've made four attempts since December to make contact with Matthew Usher concerning important information about a pending article I submitted, with no response. I understand everyone's busy in the head office, but too busy to address a business related matter from a contributing member and subscriber?
Have any of you that are contributors, or through attempts at general communication, experienced this? Is there an Admin email address that is accessed more regularly than the "Conversations" medium?
Any input or advice is welcomed, thanks.
