Hold on. YOU'VE forgotten how to log into your old account, can't remember the email you registered with. Even forgot what the actual user name was, and you expected someone at FSM to pick up a single post on the forum and DO something about it?

Did you try contacting an admin directly? Matt, Aaron and Megan are very good at responding to a PM AKA conversation request.

So long folks!

No worries. This particular forum seems to be the right way to do it, but there isn't much activity. There is another called "Forum Feedback and Error Reporting" that gets a bit more travel, but even there posts like this seem to get lost in the "noise".

They really need to have a "Contact Us" link somewhere on the forum, other than the generic one for the magazine, so that people can send an admin a message asking for their help directly rather than posting it publicly. I've been around long enough to know who and how to get hold of people.

Here's a link to Aaron Skinner's profile. Once there, you'll see a hotlink that says "Start a Conversation", and then ask him if he can help. He's a real good sort, and if he can't help, he knows who can.

I hope they get this sorted out for you!

So long folks!
