Matt,

I have two comments.

(A) The adhesive for the mailing label was changed. Previously FSM used something akin to rubber cement; it left a slight stain but otherwise did no damage. The new glue is not acceptable; it literally tears the cover. Please reinstate the old stickum!

(B) I was greatly in favor of the profile on Mort Künstler. I have long campaigned for FSM articles that stretch the bounds. I’d like to see a series to document how the kits are created (the drawings, the initial carving, the sprue layout, test assembly, etc.). I’m certain that the process has changed markedly since I viewed how it was done on Industry on Parade when I was a boy.

Besides Tom, has anyone else encountered the same problem with the mailing labels?

My last issue had the opposite problem. The adhesive was barely holding on...just enough to get it delivered.

I did, Aaron.  I was trying to get it off the mag, so I could use it on my models, but it's impossible.

I had another post on this subject. I did not tear the cover but I cannot let my magazine touch anything because it clings like glue. I plan to press a piece of paper over the glue and forget about it.
