This is the biggest reason I don't subscribe to any Kalmbach publications.

I too have seen the magazine on the newstand and not in my mailbox (today is the 30th). I agree that this time the weather may have something to do with it, but I have had this problem in the past when weather should not have been an issue.

Truth is, I don't really mind, except it is hard not to peek at the edition on the newstand! Blindfold [X-)]

My mom has some cousins that farm up that way. Plus my cousin works for GM up there.

Nah,Too dry I was born and raised with in a county or two from the OHIO R. I need rain like the corn we have so much of. Where in Ohio,btw?

I'm sorry to hear that, my Dad experienced the same aweful weather in Ohio this week.

You could use a vacation to Arizona or the southwest somewhere, the weather is perfect here! I don't have to shovel the sun!!

the weather is awful, not bad. I had to dig around in the snow to find the steps that lead up the bank to the house.I couldn't find them even with the street lights.

that happens once in a while. remember the mag goes into the mail from the publisher directly but newsstand issues go through distributors. So the news stand copies go out earlier so they can hit newsstands and with the weather the mail issues could be delayed since they could be stuck somewhere and the news issues had allready got out of the area and weren't affected.

As a subscriber to FSM, I would think I'd get the issue in my mailbox before its available on the newsstand here in Arizona, I saw the issue Tuesday January 27th, and still nothing in my mailbox today January 29th Disapprove [V]
