Even though I just posted a message in which I complained (a little) about the timely arrival of my FSM, there is something I'd like to say
On a number of occassions and for various reasons I have contacted the FSM customer service through the "Contact Us" link. I must say that I have ALWAYS been exceptionally pleased with the response I have received.
I have sent e-mails thanking them, but I wanted to do a little more, so here is a public thanks to all those folks at customer service who do their part. I hope your boss looks through here every now and again.
To the bossman or bosswoman: give those folks a pat on the back, from me.
