I have a question about being a subscriber, my question is what is the difference in time between when the new issue is sent for distribution to mag/hobby shops and when it is sent out to subscribers? I work at my LHS and it drives me crazy to see the newest issue on the shelf for sale sometimes as long as a week before I get my copy in the mail. I realize there is a variable in there with the USPS handling my issue but I would think the subscription copies would get sent with enough lead time they wouldn't be a week or more later than the shop copies. I have to pass by this issue again while wait for mine to arrive, I don't look at the store copy because I don't want to spoil the surprise!
