                        I registered our contest online, in doing so will it automatically appear in the magazine as well? Or do I need to do something else? Thanks for any info!

                        It'll go into the database pool for the print Events calendar. I can't guarantee 100% that it'll get in, but if there's enough time before the event (at least 4 months), it probably will.
