Richard,

It has been brought up in many threads.  It is not illegal.  That is, there is no government law that would forbid it.  It is simply that the parent company of FSM (Kalmbach) says there will not be one on this forum.  I think part of it is to not compete with the paying advertisers you see over on the right.  And another part is to prevent them from being pulled into any business transaction dispute between members.

Dear FSM,

It just popped into my head and just wanted to share the thought on here. I am sure it may have been discussed before but i never saw any such thread myself. My apologies if this is the case.

Like the title says... Why isn't there a for sale or swap section on the forum? I know a good many modelers on here have closets full of kits in their stash and might be interested in selling a few of them or swapping them for others amongst the forum members. I know alot of forums outthere have such a function.

Just curious

Richard
