HELP! I can't get the November, 2014 digital issue to download. I've sent an email to Zinio, and despite deleting the issue that partially downloaded, deleting the entire Android app, despite having no problems downloading and reinstalling previous issues all I get are basically from Zinio is "try it again". I look forward to seeing the magazine, and I love being able to read the magazine anyplace. But I really wish you'd pick a way to distribute the subscription where I could save each month as a pdf or in some other form that I can save the file on my computer instead of on Zinio. What happens if Zinio goes belly up because of poor customer service.
Right now though can you help me? I really want to read the November issue! (Sorry. I really don't like suffering from the DTs because I can't access the new FSM!) Oh, each time Zinio crashes because the newest issue doesn't download correctly I file another report. There have been 20+ reports in 2 days.
