Question for Lawrence re. article
Posted by Jim Barton on Thursday, April 1, 2004 3:38 PM
In early 2002 (I think it was), I submitted an article to FSM entitled "Kitbashed: An Out-of-Scale Modeler's Dictionary." I was just kind of curious as to whatever happened to it. I sent an e-mail via my web address a few weeks ago but haven't heard anything.

In the meantime, whenever I make my way to a computer, this is the first website I log onto. I always plan to do some other websites but I can't stay off this one!Smile [:)] There's always something new to look at and often, laugh at! There just aren't that many hobbies with the comraderie that modeling has (insulator collecting is one of the few). Keep up the good work, and I'm looking forward to my next issue of FSM! (Maybe it's in my mailbox now, but right now I'm at Mother's house.)Smile [:)]

Jim~

I've replied to your query via private e-mail. For others who are curious, the time varies greatly between when an article is accepted and when it's published. If it fits into an upcoming "theme" issue, we may schedule it for publication as soon as we buy it. Another article may have to wait several years before we find the right place for it--not a reflection on the article's quality.
