I tried to 'vote for an article' from the May issue by selecting one of the radio buttons and clicking on the 'Vote' box. I was immediately given the message "You may only vote once!" and dropped into the Forum Index / Feedback.Help and Testing / Suggections and Feedback zone. I hadn't yet voted, and I didn't select the Feedback forum. I have "cookies" set to be allowed from originating website only and purged at the end of the session, so you could not have set a cookie that said I voted already. Also, I don't always vote every month. I am using Firefox 0.8 under Linux.
Perhaps there are some bugs in your code? Perhaps your code is browser specific? If so, I'd like to suggest you see the 'viewable from any browser' campaign.
