By now I hope everyone has had an opportunity to see the first installments of the FineScale Modeler “Museum Directory” in the May and July issues. We knew that many of our readers were visiting museums both to do research and for the sheer enjoyment of getting up-close with history. Our hope with the Directory was to provide a convenient guide in the spring to help folks make their summer travel plans.
Response from both the readers and the museums has been quite positive, but in the hopes of growing the Directory over time I’m asking for your help: did we miss your favorite museum this year? If so, please let me know.
We’d also like to add some air shows to the Directory in the future, so if you have a favorite show you attend forward me the details and I’ll be happy to contact them.
I hope you’ve found this year’s installment of the Museum Directory useful and I’ll appreciate any input to improve it in the coming years.
