Thanks Lawrence! That means alot. I wanted to show the work as if everyone were standing behind me watching the step-by-step. Besides, taking the pics helped to buy time as I waited for things to dry and while I considered my next step.

Too bad my camera doesn't take magazine-quality pics. That would look cool in the FSM! Still, I am honored to have been recognised in the Newsletter. Thank you again Lawrence!

Maybe when I refurbish my next model, I'll do it again. Wink [;)]

I've had 2 topics I started featured in the newsletter with a link (different issues). I was both suprized, and honored at the same time.

Congrats Duke.

Duke -
Life is full of little surprises like that! I remember getting a letter in the post from FSM - and the envelope contained a cheque!! Turns out that I sent an email with a building tip that they thought was worth publishing - that was really cool.
Imagine, getting paid to do your hobby...........

Cheers, LeeTree

Well, I have to say that this afternoon, I received my Finescale newsletter and was very pleasantly surprised to see that my thread detailing my repairs to my Sa 16 Gopher was referred to in the newsletter! [:0]Blush [:I]

I feel very honored that the Editor was willing to show my post. I never expected anything like that to happen. Smile [:)]

I want to say thank you to the Editor for linking to my post and I appreciate that you thought it worthy of mention.
