Subscription Question
Posted by philp on Monday, August 2, 2004 11:41 PM
Lawrence (or whoever),
I have a question on my recent subscription.
I received one of those cards for a free issue and the reduced rate. Sent in the card with a note that I had just purchased the D-Day issue so could I get the next one for free and then start the subscription. Yep, you guessed it. Got another copy of the D-day mag for my free one. Anything you guys (and gals) can do on this?
I have every magazine that you have put out including the original test issue. Think it is one of the best on the market for general modeling.
Thanks in advance and hope to see some of you in Phoenix.

Dang, I hate it when that happens! If you give our Customer Sales and Service folks a jingle at 800-533-6644 (414-796-8776, ext. 421, or fax 414-796-1615 outside the U.S. and Canada) and explain what happened, they can fix you up. You may even end up with *two* free issues.Tongue [:P]

Hooker......you, um, can try that line of reasoning with the nice folks down in Customer Service, but I'm not sure even their niceness will extend quite *that* far. Question [?]

Good going, Phil! As I like to point out to people about the cost of an FSM subscription, for less than what most people pay for a month of cable TV, you get 10 books that you can keep and refer back to whenever you need them--all helping you enjoy your hobby for years to come. Seems like a good deal to me....Cool [8D]
