Suggestion: forum for newbie
Posted by Anonymous on Wednesday, October 6, 2004 3:33 AM
Is there any forum to discuss "modelling jargon" ? because sometimes it is very hard for me to understand some jargon used in this forum.

Why don't you post the terms you got problems with in this thread and let people explain them.

I'm kind of in charge of one on Armorama, but I really haven't kept up with it.

Most forum sites have "newbie" areas, however, unless we want to spend out time answering the same question a countless number of times, most of these areas end up just being frequented by newbies. I like FMS's approach, if you don't understand something, go to the forum of interest and ask, there is always someone to offer assistance.

it would be interesting to see a rookie article or intermediate . Lets hear from a struggling practitioner what they learned. Sometimes everything seems toooo perfect.

Of course we can all ways just throw our stuff on the forums with pictures and all.
Just a thought.
