Just as an fyi, with these types of question you're normally going to be better off posing your question directly to Kalmbach's Customer Service at https://secure.kalmbach.com/advantageweb/help/?pc=FSM rather than posting the question in the forums. The request may get answered here but there's no telling how quickly. If you contact them directly, a reply should be received in rather short order.

I sent in a subscription card back in Dec (?) and started receiving my mags last month. No complaints there. The problem is for the third or fourth time that I've subscribed, I haven;t received a bill. Is it in the mail? Has it been lost in the mail? Have I won a free subscription for being the one billionth subscriber?
