Several years ago I had a problem with an advertiser in FSM.
(They are no longer advertising in FSM)
I contacted them three times via e-mail and once registered letter with no response.
FSM contacted them with a very polite letter telling them that is not the way FSM advertisers treat customers.
Whoa! The scathing letter I got back, was unbelievable! How dare I contact FSM after only three months of waiting and no response to e-mails! Short version: After a few more e-mails and no satisfaction I forwarded the mess to FSM to sort out. Two weeks later I received the same kit I ordered from a different manufacturer and $5 cheaper and told I could order nothing from them again. . .
I guess I'm saying FSM seems to hold these guys to the fire if they screw up, and while things happen, I have had no really bad experience since then.
