Correct address to mail articles/gallery photos to

On the submission guide,
21027 Crossroads Circle
P.O. Box 1612
Waukesha, WI 53187
is given as the address. On two occassions, I have mailed stuff to that address that never got to the person waiting to get it. In one case, it was part of an article submission, and the FSM staff person was specifically told I mailed and they were waiting to get the material.
I have some more stuff I want to send in, but I am leery of it getting lost. So, is the above the correct address? What are some other ways I can make sure my stuff gets to FSM and doesn't dissapear?
