While there's an active topic on article suggestions, might I put one forward?

How about a look at how the kits we build are actually made? I know they are injection-molded, and have an idea of what that means, but only in a vague intellectual sense. I'd like to see all the work that goes into designing and engineering a kit, as well as the actual parts-fabrication process.

Well Ryan, you can see how often I buy FSM-it's been a while. Those monster kits are cool-Mummy is my favourite.

FSM features a classic kit in nearly every magazine. This month was Aurora's Monsters of the Movies Frankenstein kit. It's on page 80.

While I am not much of a modeling magazine fan-just because I work on magazines-i have noticed some E-zines have columns devoted to a retrospective look at old kits. Maybe FSM could have a rotating column on nostalgia-perhaps with a Q&A?

I would really like to see an article dealing with the now defunct model companies of the good old days. Companies like Aurora, Hawk and others. I know that a lot of them ran into financial problems, but an article dealing with the history of our hobby would be nice.
