"Sticky" posts in the forums, DVoss?

I was wondering if you could make the "Sticky"s bold so that they stand out a bit more when you look at the topics listing? It may just be me but after staring at a screen all day at work it's a little hard to differentiate between them as I'm glancing down the list. Especially in the forums with quite a few stickys.

Just a suggestion from someone with failing and tired eyes

I think it would make browing the topics a bit quicker and easier.
