It's definitely an internal issue.

I have this same problem occasoinally. Its generally when I try to post and hitting the refresh button never seems to fix it? I usually end up having to go to the Forums main menu, then access the thread again.

I am also having the same problem.  It is when I try to enter the forum site.  I just X it out and try again, which sometimes works.  At times I have to do it three or four times before I can gain access to the forum.  I do not have this problem with any other site.
