Thank you all for the feedback.  This is definitely good to hear.  I'm hoping this finally resolves the complaints we were getting regarding the size of the text within the forum.

Haven't noticed too much on my end here. Default settings work fine.

David,

I like it the way it is now - over the weekend I was nearly in tears because I could only read about half of what was there -  It's just great to be BBF (Bald, Blind, and Fat)

Actually, if I hadn't seen this post, I wouldn't have known. My text looks fine and unchanged. FYI, I'm using IE 6.0+.

Thanks for the great work.

Hey, I think it looks better today...not so teensy.

I guess that little change worked, Dave!
Thanks!

No, that's okay! Though it would be interesting to have the ability to change themes. I guess that would be working against the corporate look, so I won't insist (not that I expect insisting would work!).

So long folks!

Out of curiousity, I made an alternate theme with the only change being that it's using Georgia.  I can switch it if you want.  But if you ever want it changed back you'll have to ask.  Personally, I didn't care for it, but was cool that it worked.  Laugh [(-D]

Because it just is, Bill.  It's just always been that way.  Tongue [:P]

By the way, I bumped up the font size within the post from 12px to 13px.  I was sampling some pages and it seems to be closer to the way it was before.

Also interestingly enough, on my IE machine, that only affects the titles and headings here at FSM...the actual text in the posts is still eensy weensy.

Weird, huh?

I have tried it. Interestingly enough, that feature doesn't seem to work for me, at least in the forums. It only affects the size of the font when I am replying, as I'm doing now. Once I post this, it'll all be teeny-tiny again.

Adjusting the size of the font is easy to do in Firefox as well, ctrl & + to increase the size, ctrl & - to decrease, ctrl and scrolling the mouse wheel also works.

So long folks!

Looking for feedback: Text & Font Sizes within the forum

Since yesterday, you may (or may not) have noticed a change to the size of the text within the forum.  Yesterday the forum was updated to attempt to fix some of the issues people have been having with the font size.

If you would take a moment to let me know how it looks, I would appreciate it.

Just like the question asked by an optometrist

Within your profile, there is an option to adjust the size of your text.  If it's too small or too large, please give that a try before posting here.
