I have a question about my Finescale subscription. It seems like whenever it is going to be a wet rainy day that is the day my new Finescale Modeler will get delivered. My question is this, why do I sometime get a magazing sealed in plastic and other times it's not? Whenever it rains I'm guarenteed to get one without the plastic wrap. I have been collecting issues since early 1986 and I've had to purchase a replacement for my collection more than a few times because of this. Is there a reason some are sealed and others are not?
