                        A big Bravo Zulu to FSM. Yesterday I received the latest edition of FSM and it was in a plastic wrapper! I recall you used to do this several years back and I was sorely disappointed when you stopped. Since I have 20+ years of FSM in binders and cherish each one, when they arrive sans wrapper and ripped or torn I have to go to my local hobby store and purchase a replacement copy. Are you going to continue sending out FSM in the plastic wrapper (hopefully) or was the current edition just a one shot deal with which to contain the addtional flyer from Model Expo?

                        Hi Guys,

                        As you guessed, the only reason the April issue came in a polybag was because of the the Model Expo catalog.  

                        If you ever receive a damaged issue in the mail, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service department at 800-533-6644 or CustomerService@Kalmbach.com. They're more than happy to send you a replacement issue.
