How do I jump to the last read post in a thread?

I don't think there is any way to do that.  You do have the option to sort the post so that the most recent is at the top.  Doesn't really solve your issue, you would still have to scroll to find where you last left off.

One other little trick I've learned that makes scrolling easier- up at the top of your browser, the url has a slash following "forums", followed by a long number. If you are are the second, or later page of a post, the page number follows the slash, followed by another slash.

So you can either add a page number and slash, or edit the existing number, in order to jump pages more quickly.
