what kind of camera? syetem & printer is best to get started?

Hello, I am looking to get info on what type of cameria Ie. resolution? screen size ? mem?what would be a printer to get ? for doing decals? What is the best program to used for this hobby? As for reference my knolege is light to moderate in this area...thank you for your time and all efforts... mike
