Posted by bdisner on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 9:14 PM

Hi gang, new to site, hope someone can help, bought a badger 150 airbrush about 6mths ago and had no problems untill today. When painting it was spitting and left paint spots all over, i cleaned and re tried but same problem. Iam running 25-30 psi and using regulator and filter, i strained the paint and still problem. using auto laquar thinned 1to1, and  had friend look at any damaged parts but none. vent hole in cap cleaned. i have sprayed this paint before thinned at same ratio with no problems. any help would be great!

hello... i'm not by any means mr airbrush   but i think the paint needs to be thinned more,   one paint  to maybe three/four thinner ...and  has there been any noticeable temp changes from previous sprays and this last  spray
