Photo attachments

1) Set up a Photobucket account  (www.photobucket.com)

2) Upload your picture to your photobucket account.

3) If you move your mouse over the picture, you'll see several choices.  Click on the direct link or html code.  It will tell you copied.

4) Then, on your post, click on the Insert media icon (looks like a film strip).  It will come up with a box where you can post the link.  At that point, do a Ctrl+V (copy) and add the http address.

5) Click OK and your picture will appear.  There is a difference between direct link and code, in that the direct link seems to put the picture where the icon is, and href code puts it at the top, but I could be wrong. 

As I'm writing this, someone is sure to have posted the excellent reference on how to do this, so follow either.  Have fun.

In step 4) if you simply paste your Photobucket (or any other hoster's) link code into your reply, without using the "insert Media" option, it won't be surrpounded by the code you see around it.
