I've never used any of their products and when I first logged on to their site I got a message telling me the site may not be safe (something about a certificate). This happened both at home and on the office computer. Does anyone know if there is any cause for concern? If I order from them where do they ship from? I ask because of where they're headquartered. Are there other sources for their products? I'm an experienced modeler of 50 decades but not comfortable with computers (I'm 63 and have become a grumpy old man I'm afraid).
Ive ordered from them many a time...never had a problem and considering they are in Eastern Europe the shipping is pretty quick. I would say go ahead and order!!

Many of their products are available through online distributors like Squadron or Great Models, though supplies can be spotty. If there's a specific set you're looking for, try them, or try Googling the item number. I've occasionally found obscure sets in stock at equally obscure (to me, at least) domestic suppliers for a real savings on shipping.
Good luck.

It's because the site's based out of Eastern Europe...nothing to fear though.
I agree - shipping's very pricey. I wouldn't order from them unless I was placing a really big order to offset.
But I do love being able to snag PDFs of their instructions. Especially useful when evaluating if I want to spend on a PE set or not.

Thanks for the quick replies and I certainly feel better. I'm looking at PE for a Hasegawa 1/48 F14-d. Squadron was out of stock and I wasn't sure I wanted to try shipping from Europe. In the worst case if it takes too long to get here I can always start something from the stash but somehow that doesn't feel right.
Have you tried the other usual suspects? Sprue Bros, Great Models, etc?
Also, Hannants in the UK has a fantastic stock of Eduard goodies, and their shipping is far more reasonable, especially for something small like a PE set.
I've ordered Eduard products many times from Squadron. They seem to have a lot of Eduard aftermarket supplies and kits in stock, and shipping cost is reasonable, from Texas.
I suggest you add $5 for premium shipping, unless you're not in a hurry. They have switched to a new system where FedEx picks it up and delivers it a postal facility (USPS) near you, then the post office takes their own sweet time to deliver it to you. One order shipped that way took 10 days to get to me from Squadron near Dallas, and I live near Denver!
Gimme a pigfoot, and a bottle of beer...
I think the minimum shipping rate to the US is about 20 bucks. MINIMUM I said. I get no issues with the site and usually download copies of set instructions as they have more colors and larger. Haven't ordered anything yet, but I am considering a few Items.
