                        I usually use the "insert Media" tool and copy/paste the URL from the address bar of the clip I want to insert.

                        I've tried this a few times, but have never managed to get it to work;

                        What code do I use from YouTube, the URL, the embed code - if it's the embed code, which one?

                        Do I paste the code straight into the message or use the "insert media" function?
