Adding a bulkhead

What is the easiest and most precise method of making and installing a sheet styrene bulkhead in an aircraft fuselage?

Just an FYI for you.  You would probably get better results re-posting this in the Aircraft forum.

That being said, look at using a Proflie Gauge to match the interior of the fuselage half in the location you want the bulkhead.  Then just transfer the profile from the gauge to some styrene and you have half the bulkhead profile you need.  Flip it over and line it up to give you the other half.  That should give you a close approximation of what you need.  From there it is just fine-tuning to get it exactly how you want it.

Good Luck
