I know from bitter experience that the character limitation on the forum signature line can be a pain, but it can be overcome. Simply size and combine all your group build banners (or whatever) together into one photo file, like a .jpg file. I use MS Publisher (because my wife's an expert on that package 
), but you can also do this in Photoshop, GIMP (cheaper than Photoshop), and a number of other photo manipulation applications.
