How do you quote in a reply?

This new forum has made the "quote" feature a total mystery? How does one quote another user in a reply?

Click on the "use rich formatting" for your reply to whatever message. After you do that, above the white box where you type your reply is the word "quote" in green. Click on that and the text of the message that you wish to quote will appear.

F is for FIRE, That burns down the whole town!

U is for URANIUM... BOMBS!

N is for NO SURVIVORS...

As an addendum to Stik's post, if you highlight a section of text before you hit the "quote" button, that section of text will be quoted. If you just hit "quote" without highlighting a section of text, the entire post will be quoted.

Note that if you wish to quote a post which isn't the last post on a thread, you will have to hit the "reply" button before the "Use rich formatting" option is made available.

I see. Well thank you both, gentlemen!
