Is there a program that you can use to make and print your own decals.

Any graphics editor, there's free ones like gimp and paint.net available.

I used paint.net when I printed mine (long time ago).  Keep in mind that you cannot print white.  So you need to plan your decal carefully.

If you need white you will need to use white decal paper.  That means you will have to  trim your decal to remove all unnecessary white around it.

Anyway... it was a hard lesson for me so I am just passing it on.  Good luck.
