slow respond speeds on various forums

When I visit the various forms on FineScale it appears to me that when trying to reverse out of a particular post back to the main form it takes forever to get back to where I was when using the back arrow i.e. if I'm in Aircraft and after reading or looking at a particular post it takes forever to get back to "aircraft" I dont have this problem with other sites I visit so I'm sure it's not the computer. Does anyone else have this issue and is there a solution?
