What is Rich Formatting? I'm assuming in enhances some aspect a post?
Yes, you can format your text, add the special Smilies, make links, and add links to pictures.
Specifically, if you wish to add photos to your post, you have to do it in Rich Formatting, either by linking to your photo hosting site, or to some other site where a suitable (linkable) photo is displayed.
