                        Hi I've read the directions on posting photos http://cs.finescale.com/fsm/feedback_help_and_testing/f/22/t/162255.aspx But I don't have the toolbar that is supposed to be there with 'use rich formatting' posting options. Is this an issue with my web browser? I'm using IE 11, I suppose I could try Firefox. Jim

                        Hi Jim,

                        Yes, it's IE11. If you put your browser in compatibility mode, that should clear up the problem.
