Trouble logging in to forums

I am having trouble logging into the forums from my laptop. The FSM homepage shows me logged in yet when I select Forums and try to post a reply it says that I must log in. If I click on login and re-enter my email and password it still says that I am not logged in.  I think this is probably a setting but am not sure.  I can login from my iPad with no problems.  Can anyone help?  Thanks!
