                        You have to adjust it in the same way you would do normal photo's. This can either be your own pic editor or Photobucket if you use that.

                        I figured it out and I feel silly.

                         

                        I tried uploading it from my desktop instead of using an image hosting service.

                        Ok, not sure then, maybe a problem with the link. I just altered mine and it worked.

                        Hit the Settings button on the right side. that should take you straight to your sig edit option.
