Cannot get notification emails

Well, I see I've had quite a few viewers.  If you happen upon this post, and if its no trouble, please let me know if you receive email notifications when you are subscribed to certain forum topics.  I'd like to know if this is a global issue or just me.

Thank you for responding.  I appreciate it!  Most of my activity is done through mobile device but I sift through forums on my laptop once or twice a week.  I have selected the "Subscribe to Thread" tab for topics while on my mobile debice and others while on my laptop.  Neither produced an email notification when new posts were made.  I am not currentiy receiving the newsletter but I'll register to receive it if you think it'll help.
