How to include an image in PM email?

Embarrassingly I've failed to attach an image to a PM I'm sending to another FS member trying to teach him how to post pictures in FineScale. I've used the picture icon to insert the URL I have from Photobucket but the image doesn't appear in my reply using FineScale's private messaging. I also attempted to simply attach the picture from my computer but to no avail.
How does one do this? Is it possible to attach pictures using PM?
