                        hey I seem to be having a lot of trouble posting pictures. It asks for an address but there is no way to browse a directory to find he photos... 

                        how can I inckude a photo in a post please? Thanks

                        There's lots of options.  I use imgur.com.  You can download the app to your smartphone and upload pics off your phone or directly from from the imgur website.

                        Once you have your pics up, login onthe imgur.com site, click on the pic and click the BBCode link and paste it directly into the text area here.  It looks like this (without the _ on img tags ):

                        [_img]https://i.imgur.com/2qfR3pq.jpg[/_img]

                        As with many forums, you need a photo hosting site. Stay away from Photobucket. There area number of options, i use Flickr.
