Cannot Upload Picture Using my Apple Ipad

Have pictures in library, Flickr, Dropbox. But cannot get the URL or right click on the Apple to get a Proper Source code. Tried in the test forum getting blanks and cannot download IMGUR becasue I an using the OS 10 cannot update to OS 12 which is needed for IMGUR.
Help would be appreciated
