I have a couple of great videos my wife shot with her phone I'd like to post. How do I go about posting a videl like that? The videos are definitely about airplanes!

In the post box above where you type in, the last button on the next to bottom row (looks like a piece of film with a "play" arrow in it) is what you click on. It brings up a window that you can post the video to so it'll play here.
Remember, you have to have a Hosting site that accepts your Video upload. Then you can link to it using the "insert/edit video" icon as mentioned.
