When you say it won't log you in, do you get to the login page, enter your email address and password, click to log in, have the login dialog close and you're left on the forum landing page, but you're not logged in?
If so, that sounds an awful lot like the problem we reported in this thread:

It's been a couple of days since I've seen it, though. I've been able to log in successfully since then.
I'm on a Lenovo ThinkPad, running Win10, and the latest releases of Chrome and Firefox.
