If you are already a subscriber to FSM, you should have gotten an initial email about the digital version a couple of weeks ago, and you should get subsequent emails to announce each issue's availability.
I am a subscriber, and that's what I got - an email announcing the digital version, and then emails (2 so far) that the relevant digital issue was available. I got the second email this morning.
As far as I know, our subscription is supposed to include the digital copy.
