Hmmm. Do you usually use a specific browser on your phone? I have an iPhone and typically use Chrome, but if something is weird, I'll go to Safari where I don't have anything saved and try from there. If you have a second browser, try it and see if you can get it to work. If yes, then I suspect there's something tripping up your usual browser. I'll also check with the team here. We may have hit this particular snag before, but I can't recall at the moment.
